So, I finally decided to setup Intel Rapid Start Technology on my Sager NP9150 after 4 months of owning it and I don't find it to be any benefit at all.

I have an Intel 520 240GB SSD in my laptop and that is it. I followed the instructions by installing Intel Rapid Storage Technology, then setup my 8GB Hibernation Partition, then installed Intel Rapid Start Technology (it has been enabled in the BIOS this entire time). I have found it to be nothing more than useless. It only boots from hibernate about 5 seconds faster overall which still makes it slower than straight boot from a dead off. I know I can uninstall both softwares and drivers through the uninstall utility, but is there a way for me to delete the Hibernation Partition and add it back to the original main partition? I'd rather have the 8GB of storage space back.

Go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk manager.
    From there...delete the reserved partition.
    Then extend the primary partition.
    Simple.
