So I received my first P150EM with a Defective GPU and two other issues so I sent it back. Three Weeks later I got my replacement.

The GPU works great now and I really love the performance and the ability to play my games but...

The TWO other issues I had in the previous unit still exist. Yes they are different units verified by Serial# and date code labels throughout the computer

    1. With the new W8 Keyboard the FN key is very dim, also the two keys next to the FN key (Alt,Ctrl) in some color schemes have a different color temperature of light. Get this I called Sager to get my RMA done for my first P150EM and they told me they already know about the keyboard issue but they are STILL sending keyboards with this issue.

Solution - Cross Ship RMA, I hope the third keyboard works properly.

    2. With the Monitor Open normally and the computer sitting on a completely flat surface(eg..Glass Table). The Right Side of the palm rest(ONKYO logo side) ,the rubber feet in this corner is in the air floating. So the laptop rattles when I type on it, tap on it etc...

    Solution - ???

What should I do, should I RMA yet again for a possibility of the same deal again?

Errr... of course if I observe my window and \| key the color is a bit dimmer, but... is this really an issue worth RMA ? Or is it really noticeable (ie barely backlit) ?
If it's the rubber, you could try to use a bit the right bottom one or the left top (nearer than you). If it's the box itself, you might want to RMA.

This is what makes you unhappy about your P150EM? Lol I have no comment. Although we are all different, some things are just to live with.

The rubber feet should not be uneven like that. Can we see a picture of it?

Yes its dim(barely backlit) so its very noticeable and one of the first thing people mention to me, like I don't know about it...

Not sure what you mean by "could try to use a bit the right bottom one or the left top"

Uh yea? Is it really hard to ask for a laptop that sits flat, I have owned a few laptops and NONE of them had this silly issue. I have ignored it for two days but it bothering me enough to complain about it, I paid $1700 for it not under $500 I care.

I am fully aware of the 7970m's issues, Whats in the OP is it. Please don't bring off topic things into the thread, I want to know what I should do for the issues in the OP.

I hope so, I will get a picture and probably a video tonight of both things. That's one of the reasons I made this post to see if anyone else has these issues. .

One of the rubber feet on my w370et is longer than the others. Its the one on the battery. But I dont mind, I can easily replace it.

As I see on my p150hm, the feet there are bigger and bulkier. I assume the EM series use the same feet.
Strange that yours has this problem. Maybe its the rubber foot under the battery thats shorter or longer than the others....

To avoid another RMA you could go get a rubber washer and some rubber epoxy then shave peices of the washer off to place under the short foot. Keep adding until it's acceptable and then epoxy them to the existing foot. Not the ideal solution, but you wouldn't have to deal with not having the device. Or possibly just ask if they can ship a rubber foot to replace it.

Is the rubber foot concave or pushed in? Derek's suggestion is a good quick fix - but if the feet are uneven, and it's due to one of them not being sized properly, then that could definitely be annoying.

The problem is with the underlying LED placement. The original keyboard had the windows (7) key on the right and Fn key on the left. The LEDs underneath are placed according to the lettering on the original keyboard. The left key has it sitting in the top left corner, the right key has it centered.

Now with the new keyboard layout Clevo swapped the keycaps and changed the mapping accordingly, maybe because they have had too many complaints that the windows key on the right is just not practical at all..

Anyway the underlying board is the same, so is the LED placement and it just doesn't line up properly with those two keys' new placement...personally I don't mind. I updated to the latest ec with the new key layout and swapped the keycaps myself and I like it and don't mind the dim Fn key..

If it bothers you, you can use this ec version for the Sager9150 (v 1.02.11). According to Sager support it has the windows key mapped to the right.. you could flash your ec with this one and swap the keycaps.. but please do so at your own risk, I have never tested it myself since I had no use for it.

The LED issue, I think get over it.

But for the uneven rubber feet, contact your reseller and see if you can get new ones. That would annoy me too. But it doesn't seem worth RMA'ing for. I'd rather do the quick fix suggested rather than RMA'ing.
