    Intel xtu will let you undervolt. Overclocking beyond what is allowed power wise has been judged not a great idea in these due to vrm and thermal limits.

    Intel XTU and Throttlestop both are not working in my case
    tried UV at -0.150

    Cpu ramps upto 96 in a minute or two Gpu wont pass 80
    overall the system stays under full load in 20-25watt in the long run
    speed shift at 64

    Did repaste aswell

    How did you re-paste? Pictures of the pattern left by the paste? What loads are you using? Pictures of the graphs in xtu and MSI afterburner showing clocks, temps and usage? Did you clean out the fins of the heatsink too?
