This is a really good idea. Get the issue really public and stick in their face. Should hopefully get them a bit more vocal on the whole issue...

there is something they can't delete
-
Liked it. Great job!
-
Liked. The way it looks AMD is trying to sweep this one under the rug.
But you can't hide from the internet. -
Liked it too. Good job

Thanks guys! Two questions I have found good to ask AMD, laptop manufacturers, any connections you have, etc.: 1. Can and/or will the 7000m utilization problems be fixed and by who, and 2. Were the 7000m cards created with a simultaneous render/display copy engine hardware feature like with the Optimus Copy Engine?
I'm hoping we can get answers and blogs/websites to make an article for us if we keep spreading the word. -

Woooo, yeah now I'm liking where this is going. Getting an article written about it will definitely force AMD's hand. Nice job with the fb page.

30 likes only :S , please people spread the word

+1 will share it.

Spread the news!

There are some good posts here and on AMD forums that paints the whole pictures that needs to be posted there for those who aren't aware. Liked!
-
Awesome, this way they can't just close the thread and walk away, saying it's others' fault. Great job, liked!
-
nice job. Let's see if some sort of official answer comes up
-
Yop also liked the page good job.
Now all we need to do is somehow make Tomshardware to make a small article about this -
Or Anandtech? I find that Tomshardware is more "civilian" where as Anandtech is more frequented by hardcore IT enthusiasts/professionals.
I liked too. -
This is so needed, thanks for setting it up.
I was one of the ones not having issues early on, primarily due to the games. Now I am starting to see some of the issues everyone has been talking about. Problem for me is I am past the 30 days and so XoticPC said I could not do an exchange anymore for the 680. So my hope is that they realize that we are not going away and we can bring awareness to others thinking about purchasing the Clevo's with the Enduro. I know this is mainly pointing at AMD, but I am also upset on how Clevo and Sager are handling this issue.
This may very well be my final purchase of anything related to Clevo and this was my third!! -
The permalink for the Enduro thread over at AMD was suspiciously changed. My guess is that the moderators wanted the recipients of the links to be steered to a 404 whilst making the people who spread the link (begging for awareness) look stupid. Here's the new permalink: AMD Game Forums - The Clevo 7970M Enduro/under-utilization debacle.

I've been in contact with various people on the matter, and the fact is, no one is accepting responsibility for this.
When I called Sager regarding the new 9370 that can get the dual 7970's, I asked if they would have the enduro problem. The answer I got was almost as if he read it off a cue card. "While the single 7970 uses enduro, the dual 7970 crossfire will not."
No acknowledgement of the enduro issue, and would speak no further on the subject.
Xoticpc acknowledges there's a problem with the card when I chatted with them, but will not offer any sort of opinion as to whether or not it can or will be fixed.
Alienware flat out will not talk about it. All they say is that they have a key that turns off enduro.
HP literally laughed at me when I mentioned another vendor with GPU problems, but when I mentioned it encompasses all GCN cards, including the 7850, they got very quiet, very quickly...
In short...
Nvidia..Here I come! -
Exactly. The way AMD is going about their business leads me to believe they are trying to lower our volume/voice. They've gone into damage control and keeping us shut while they sweep this one under the rug. I am thoroughly convinced we will not be getting a fix. In fact, I am willing to bet on it. For those who are still hoping with their fingers crossed, I'm sorry if I'm sounding pessimistic. I'll just tell you right now to look forward to the next generation of GPUs and think of upgrading. Whether you'll still go AMD sans Enduro problems (in the future) or switch to nVidia, it's your call. Personally, I'm going nVidia. I used to be an nVidia fanboy years ago, but decided to go with the "best bang for my buck" stance --be it nVidia or AMD. For a while I'm going to have to go fanboy mode again, just to make AMD feel this one.

I think it's time we started a dedicated thread to those like me with an EM platform who would like to trade people of AW/HM platforms second-hand/mint condition for the 680M, with a surcharge of course, considering how most of the resellers are charging ridiculous money (800+ dollars) for a swap.
My cousin is getting an AW so I'll convince him to get the 680M upgrade and I'll pay the difference between it and the 7970M, and as soon as it arrives we'll do the swap. I'm assuming there'll be no problem in compatibility? They both use MXM 2.0 slots. -

There was a new potential solution suggestion in the rage3d forum:
