    The beep and flash 3 lights shutdown means the laptop thinks it's overheating, which means the card you bought is not compatible with the Clevo. You have to be very careful about the vendor, hardware version, and vbios version when you do unofficial upgrades for Clevo.

    Unfortunately I can't find any detailed information regarding the FX2800m in the P150HM. I had gotten a 7970M v1.1(same symptom as you) that didn't work before I bought the 680M. It was to replace my dead 6990M, never again.

    i send the laptop to a computer store specialized in Bios but till now he could not find a bios for the laptop.

    even i suspect that the Vga card bios should be upgraded not the laptop.

    thanks

    For P150HM bios+ec; see Palkeo's site or Blacky's thread (Clevo BIOS, older models).

    For the vbios, check TechPowerUp's Video BIOS Collection, Quadros are a bit sparse, though. Perhaps you could force-flash the Clevo vbios of its GTX-equivalent? Long shot, though ... what version card is it (see sticker); 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2?

    Ah, right; Nvidia ... (the 1.0-1.2 is AMD, sorry). Unfortunately the old ebay link is dead, otherwise it's be easier to compare the two. Your card does have an older vbios listed on its sticker, perhaps the newer version would do the trick; v62.92.C0.00.03. Need account and rep. score to dl, might have to find it elsewhere ... PowerUp doesn't have one, either. Maybe create a thread asking for any FX 2800M user asking them to upload their vbios (e.g., via GPU-Z).

    Also, what is the current P150HM's bios? Later versions do list a few cpu and gpu code updates, the 2800M might be among them.

    Since it's pretty old; any way you can test it on another system?

    Yes, so EC is at least v1.00.10. The 30 sec. shutdown is a show-stopper; with the dead 6990M it'll be at least possible to find out the old bios and (if necessary) flash the latest version. Both would have to be done 'blind', unless you want to try baking trick first ( YouTube), if you haven't already ... It's a bit crude, but the card's useless now anyway and if it works you'll at least have image when checking or flashing the new bios+ec.

    Create bootable USB drive and make new .txt file with the following:
    Code:
    @echo off
    set PATH=.;\;\LOCALE
    mkdir TEST
    Rename to 'AUTOEXEC.BAT' and place in root of drive. You need to be able to boot from this, so USB has to be one of the boot devices and have priority over hdd. Easier to remove hdd(s) first; if usb is there it'll boot from that. After 'booting' you read out the drive on another system; there should be folder named 'TEST' on it. If it didn't work; reset bios to defaults (remove cmos etc.). Default setting has usb boot included, so that ought to work regardless. Can also try different usb ports; not all might be visible to bios (some may require drivers to function).

    It's only useful to proceed with autoflash when 'TEST' exists, otherwise the effort is wasted.

    Flashing vbios won't be possible with this system in its current state, sadly. Either different machine or de-soldering vbios, program and resolder. Quite a lot of effort, more than regular bios or baking.
