To avoid using big and heavy native power supply in travels, bought 150W one (LITEON AP.15001.001). It has prongs in the plug while native PSU plug has holes so I made an adapter from two jacks.

    My configuration is: 3610QM, 4 x SODIMM 4 GB PC-10600 (1333), GTX 670M, ST95005620AS.

At full charged battery, under full-loaded AIDA64 System Stability Test, it consumes about 150W. New power supply works good but gets hot quickly (up to 60C). Under moderate load, keeps just warm (40-45C).

Full GPU load consumes about 50W but more powerful GPUs may consume more power.

Battery charger consumes 30W at 90% and 50W at 70% or lower.

New PSU size is 165x78x44 mm, weight is 580g.

There are 180W Toshiba PSUs that have plugs compatible with P170EM:

    PA3546U-1ACA
    PA3546U-1AC3
    PA3546E-1ACA
    PA3546E-1AC3
    ADP-180HB B

but I'm not sure about their polarity.
