We know that 7970 have utilization problems in some games. How about 680? Same problems? I want to change graphics if 680 is problem free.

680m does not have any of those issues. I would wait though, AMD have only recently become aware of the issue and apparently they are now working on a solution.

When did they become aware? I haven't kept up with the news. I kind of just gave up. Can you please link me somewhere I can read up on this? Thanks.

Sorry for taking this OT, but the P150EM would also provide me a second power brick. LOL. I thought it was a win-win. I get to have the 680M for this machine, a power brick at work and at home, slightly lighter laptop to lug to work, etc. We'll see, though.

There hasn't been any under-utilization issues with regards to the 680M. You should definitely switch to it if you still can.

    /end of thread :)

Yea this has been confirmed in multiple other threads (that the OP has been actively involved in)... The cause of low utilization is enduro.... how could that remotely affect an nvidia card?
