I've had no problems with the display or screen settings before and this morning when i took my laptop off sleep mode, it was defaulted to the lowest settings and I can't seem to get it back Hi-Res viewing. I watched 2 DVDs last night with absolutely no problems and I have no clue what happend.

I reinstalled my Video driver which did nothing. What should I do now?

Thanks for all the help. Laptop in question is the Sager I have in my sig.

When I try downloading the new Nvidia driver from Nvidia.com, the website will crash when using either Firefox or I.E.....

So I'm assuming that even if I reformat my laptop, I will still have this problem?
