Here's my problem with my Sager. My volume for movie watching is awful... Games and Music are adequate for listening casually but i mean I'm not gonna piss of the neighbors because my volume is to loud. But as for watching a movie in a moving car (just the sound of moving air no music) i CANNOT understand what anyone is saying with speaker volume MAXED (the voices are just to quiet to hear), when i switch to any sort of game the volume is fine and quite understandable. BTW i have maxed out the volume in the application (iTunes and Media Player).

Right click on your RealTek Sound Manger -> Click Sound Manager -> Make sure full range speakers is unselected -> Click Ok. Right click on your volume Icon - > Click Playback devies -> Right click on speakers and choose properties -> Click the Enhancements tab -> Select Volume Equalization.

    That should help a little.

Thiking about it,it's perhaps because the sound output is 5.1 or something and you don't have.Try changing to stereo in Audio settings.
