Hi!
If any one is interested I have programmed a volume progressbar for Vista. When you change the volume a bar is shown that indicates the master volume.
I have developed it in C# (.net).
If people are interested I can post it on some file-uploading site or I can email it to you.
I tried to make a recording of it but my screen capturing software will not work, don't know why.
-
im down to try. post a link for a download page
-
It is very simple as of now, but if you have any ideas how to improve it...

Program does not run in Vista Ultimate x64
-
do you have the .net framework? what error message do you get?
-
yeah I got the framework.. on startup windows states program stops respoding.. looking for a solution.. could be that the x64 framework is not compatable.
-
yeah mos def. my friends and I who are running it, we all have 32-bit.
-
"CoreAudioSample has stopped working"
running under windows vista premium, 2gb, t7200....
not working, basically -
that is strange becuase i'm running mine all the time know and it works.
are you running 32 or 64-bit? -
edit:
did you get it to work at all or did it crash right after you start it? -
What does this program do? Sorry to ask, but I don't run Vista and am curious.
-
it crashes right when i started it and im running windows vista home premium 32bit
-
I'm trying to figure out why this happens but I have no lookm I'll get back if I figure out why.
When you change the master volume in vista a progress bar i shown to indicate what level the master volume is at.
