    XMG A102 ADVANCED Gaming Notebook 29.5cm (11.6")
    • 29.5cm (11,6") HD (1366x768) Glare
    • NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 2048MB DDR3
    • Intel Core i7-3612QM - 2,10 - 3,10GHz 6MB "Ivy Bridge"
    • 8GB (2x4096) SO-DIMM DDR3 RAM 1600MHz
    • 750GB SATA-II 7200U/Min Seagate Momentus 7200.5 (ST9750420AS)
    • BIGFOOT Wireless LAN Killer N 1103
    • Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit OEM deutsch

I'm considering an order of above mentioned build, but I'm unsure about a decision between wireless adapter and hdd.
11" is the only form factor I consider (using max 13" for more than ten years now).
So my problem is, that I am unsure about the benefits of the Killer cards.
I do not have access to the routers of the wifi networks i'm accessing and I do use hot spots a lot.
First of all I need network range and a stable connection.
Ping times i think are not the real problem as I'm not playing a lot of FPS online - I'm more into RPG's when gaming.
My option is to go for an Intel 6230 and a 500gb Momentus XT or stick with the 750gb mentioned above and put in the Killer 1103.
Start up times and loading times are usually no issue for me, never used a SSD so i am not used to the benefits - haha.
The price is same in both mentioned cases, thats why I'm asking.

First off, how are you getting a Killer 1103 in that? I thought it didn't support 3x3 wireless cards... Anyways, I would go with the better hard drive and maybe grab the intel advanced.

Yep, you can only use the 1102 in it. I had ordered mine with the 1103 but my reseller emailed me to say it wouldn't work so I canceled the wifi and ordered an 1102 to add myself.

Haha, looks like this configuration error hit some more resellers :)
But thats much easier then, 1102 + momentus xt should be good to go.
