    W230SS 3200X1800 display issue

    Two days ago, I have been repositioning the screen on my laptop I have been having vertical lines appear.
    Usually, they disappear when I having finished repositioning the display but just now, the defect seems to be more permanent. See picture linked below:

    This morning, the problem seems to be getting worse

    There are no issues with displaying to an external monitor via HDMI

    Anyone else having similar issues or suggestions?

    Computer is out of warranty by 2 months and the company I bought it off is no longer trading

    I would first check the cable connection to the screen, and make sure it is seated properly and that it doesn't look damaged.
