    Hi,

I was wondering if I would be able to use the Cooler Master Power Supply with a Clevo W350ETQ, so I decided to contact Cooler Master about this issue and it turns out they need the inner and outer measures from the input connector.

They told me, that I should be able to find this measures in my user manual, but since I do not own the laptop yet I have no user manual...

I was wondering if any1 who owns the laptop could take a look and post me the measures? Or include the user manual as pdf if possible?

    Thanks!

I took a look through the manual but there is no exact measurement. I may have missed it so feel free to download it here CLEVO - Download
The one that comes with the computer isnt much different:
    OEM: 6.62” (L) x 2.75” (W) x 1.62” (H) vs. Cooler Master: 6.14" 2.56" x 0.82"

Well its about half as thick and it weights 0.2kg instead of 0.7kg. So thats quite a difference. Additionally, I liked the USB charging feature.

I sent an email to Clevo and will update the thread with their response.

The power supply that came with my W350ETQ states an output of 6.3A at 19V. Whereas the Coolermaster is specified for 19Vdc 5.79A. I'm not sure if it would be strong enough?
I tried to measure the connector as precisely as possible.
    Inner measure 3mm = 0.118110236 inches
    Outer measure 6mm = 0.236220472 inches

I'm interested in your findings, as I also find the power supply to be quite on the large and heavy side.

After talking to Clevo and forwarding the measures to CoolerMaster, I have received the news that the Power Supply and the Clevo Laptop are not compatible. :(

Nevertheless, I am still looking for an alternative Power Supply and will keep you guys updated!
