Hi does anyone know if the LVDS cable that comes with the Clevo W540SU is a single or Dual channel cable?

Very likely single channel if you have the 768 panel.

I guess I'll have to stick to a 1366x768p Lvds single screen :(.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a 1366x768p Screen?(Not BOE)

According to my Motherboard schematic my board supports LVDS and EDP, could I buy a EDP cable from another clevo laptop?

Check the port is there and the auxiliary circuitry.

Try to find the W740SU schematic and compare, the 740 is also a 14 inch chassis but uses eDP FHD display, might be able to cross parts, if both connectors on the mobo side are equal..

Can I update the bios with the stock version or do you need a different bios for the TPM/TCM motherboards?
