Nice find... God, they need to make one with a 4860 ATI card.

Good it has only an ATI HD 4570...

If it was an high end ATI videocard I would regret have ordered an W860 (I like ATI and AMD in general ;))

    ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4570
512MB GDDR2 Video RAM on board

i dont think you can classify this as a gaming machine anywhere on par with W860CU. the GDDR2 is a joke! but then again, a low powered 4570 wont be needing the extra memory bandwidth

I certainly do wish the W860 was offered with those color configs. I like the charcoal palmrest with light gray chiclets.

    Nice find..

I love the color, but one thing I stumbled upon was the optional 9 cell battery.

(Factory Option) Removable 9 cells Smart Lithium-Ion battery pack 73.26WH

Assuming this is the same chassis this should work for the W860CU right?

Im abit puzzled as to why this option isnt listed on the W860CU page.

No; it is not the same chassis, and the W860CU doesn't even use Li-Ion battery, it uses the new Li-Polymer, and it has a weird shape on the W860CU (and W870CU, I think)

They just released the W765TUN, a refresh of an older 16:10 version. I wonder where the W760CU fits in - an i7 refresh, or perhaps a middle-of-the-road gaming rig to bridge the gap between the W765 and the W860.

Whatever the case, it's certainly not a counterpart to the W860CU, which is in a class of it's own at 15.6".
