In this new BIOS, there's a new Advanced Chipset Control feature added. Inside that submenu, there are 4 settings:
1.) Turbo Mode (Enabled/Disabled)
2.) No Execute Mode Mem Protection (Enabled/Disabled)
3.) Intel (R) Virtualization Technology (Enabled/Disabled)
4.) Vt-d Technology (Enabled/Disabled)
a.) Pass-Through DMA (Enabled/Disabled)
b.) Coherency Support (Enabled/Disabled)
I know number 1 should be enabled. What about 2, 3, 4, 4.a, and 4.b? Do they need to be enabled? What are they for?

I don't think you need 3 & 4 since they have something to do with virtual PCs, unless of course you are working on them.

Alright.
What does NO EMM (2) do anyways? -
That I'm not entirely sure, but searching through google, it says that most have it disable by default.
Just a question, any reason of why the changes needed? -

Mmmm not sure about no 2, try asking another person ;P

I have to admit, I know not what a single one of these does.
Guess there's no need for me to install the update!
