    hey guys,
i noticed that if i stand up and look down at my laptop's screem, in certain cases i see this noise that looks a bit like that "no signal" noise. as an example, a chat window in msn 2011 creates that visible noise.
but let's says now, if only the browser open, everything is OK. What can cause it?

That's dithering you're seeing. The screen can't reproduce the color, so it cycles close colors to approximate it. It the worst with dark grays, go to penny arcade and look closely at the background.

Yes, even high-end TN panels do this, you just need to look harder for it.
