I updated bios in my sager 9260. Now windows vista says the copy is not genuine and asking me to activate. When I got to activation it asking for me to buy vista again. All this happenned after bios update. How do I solve this. How can I talk to microsoft support or email them.

yeah, the System ID (in Windows) gets changed when a change has happened to the system.... hardware related

kinda dumb that you have to re-activate or call MS to tell them you just did a BIOS/firmware update, or a motherboard swap.
