    Hey,

Well, I've been having a pretty good time with my NP9130 so far, but I get this really annoying error from time to time. Randomly, the computer freezes and I get a "Windows Explorer has stopped working" error. If I'm listening to music, it continues playing in the background, but I have to turn off the computer and turn it on again.

In the Event Viewer, I get this:

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99

at every instance of such a shut down.

    Any suggestions?

Hey Bazinga, here is the Microsoft support article to fix that error and an explanation of why it happens.

I would ask you to check 2 things:

    1. Windows Security
    2. Memory.

@Derek - I tried that, but it does not stop the freezes.

@Prostar - What exactly should I check in Windows Security? And by memory, do you mean I should dust out and reseat the RAM? I ran a MEMTEST, ran scannow and chkdsk - everything came out clean.
