Cizmo is not offering WUXGA in their CX15 (M860TU), because "the WSXGA+ (1680x1050) displays offer a better picture quality". Is that true? Can it be true?

I really like the full HD on a laptop, but i didn't think it will lower the picture quality. What do you think - Just a bluff, or is the picture quality really lower?

I am wondering if they are referring to the fact the WUXGA is matte and the WSXGA is glossy? You'd get more vibrant colors with the glossy.

i didn't know they were different. I thought both are glossy.

But still why matte would be lower quality? They both have pros and cons.

i bet thats something that they told you. Mycizmo have been known to fish for orders. thats why i did not buy from them.
the only way that the low resolution WSXGA+ screen would be any better than the WUXGA is as Afitzwater said, but that depends on personal preference.

Mycizmo actually broke intels NDA rules so you may be waiting a while to get the parts.
If you really want the WUXGA screen, kobalt in the uk are doing it, they are also quite a bit cheaper.

its called the NEXUS on their site.
If you have any questions about these companies, give me a pm.
