I read part of the guide (just wanted to say that)
Any one in the middle east have a sager? I live in Egypt and here we don't know much about it and my family are worried about that
I can get one easily from the states but it is very very hard to send it back ( i didn't ship anything before and can't send it to the one who will get it)
If there is a problem in the laptop and need replacement where in the middle east can i get them (for free while in warranty)???

Please help me, i'm really frustraed cause it's the best 15" laptop out there (NP8660) and i couldn't find anything similar in HP, toshiba, or dell (which i can find their places here in Egypt). Also, i can't wait for the toshiba F55-503 which will take a while

If you want any other information that will help you in helping me please ask

If you order from a vendor that ships to your area, then they would warranty you. :)

There are some Clevo vendors in the middle east, I know of CD-LOG (in Israel) ... but I am limited to finding more due to language barriers.

How do you know it is very hard to send it back? It doesn't make sense that you can receive it easily but very hard to ship it back. I think you should check with your local fedex office. Egypt is a big country I am sure you can manage the shipping. If all fails take Gophn's advice.

Xoticpc ships to Egypt so the warranty will work. (thanks for the info about the warranty Gophn)

It's pain since i'll receive it from a friend of a parent who lives there. He is coming in the next month but he doesn't come a lot. Also he is not a direct friend or relative that's why i don't want to ask him for much.
    i'll see fedex thanks

Thanks heliosvector...For me i know alienware but don't think my parents do :)
Weren't there a voodoo graphic cards years ago? I think it was one of the first to use

Voodoo graphics were a line produced by 3dFX, which was bought out by nVidia in 2004? 2003?

Voodoo Laptops are entirely unrelated and are now owned by HP.

I think DHL might be a better choice, as you can drop it off at any of their service stores/stations, and they'll do the rest - in shipping and handling. Just pay them!

For us outside the USA, FedEx don't really have a big presence, unlike DHL who are truly worldwide.

Do you have Staples stores in Egypt?

The best thing to do is just call a reseller, I am sure they would be able to answer all your questions.Just read the last sticky at the start of all the threads for all Clevo resellers.
    Great read by the way.
