@tijgert there is no P750DM3-G. Perhaps you are thinking of the P775DM3-G?

@ElCaptainX what graphics card and processor?

The P750DM was replaced by the P750DM2 (and DM2-G), this is with 1060 and 1070 graphics (though we have the P751)

The P775DM is now P775DM2 and P775DM3 (with and without -G).

    My bad, I misread.
But then, what's the big diff between the 750 and 775?

@tijgert P750DM2-G is 15.6" and can have up to GTX 1070. The P775DM3-G is 17.3" and can have up to GTX 1080 as well as 120Hz display options.

Some resellers offer the 6700T, that's 35W compared to 91W of the 6700K.
I'm not sure if the airflow for the CPU is fresh or reused GPU exhaust or vice versa, but those 60W of thermal diff could either cool your GPU a lot better or keep the CPU at max without frying your nutsack or motherboard.

There are 2 separate fans, one for the GPU and one for the CPU, and the heat-sink goes right across both, so there is no 'reused' exhaust.
As to heat I have no issues using mine with a 6700K for rendering or for playing high end games and never get the fans maxing out and when rendering video my CPU stays at 4Ghz even after 3 or 4 hours of rendering

    As to the 6700T there's a reason why it's only 35W, that's because it's a 2.8GHz with turbo of 3.6 vs a 4Ghz with turbo of 4.2

The 6700T is dumb, honestly good as a BGA processor..

The P750DM2 will be fine with a 6700K +1070.. That thing can even run a 1080.. Saw that in a leak from someone who tried in China..

I totally agree, I see no point in buying the P750DM2 or the P775DM2/3 and then putting in a 6700T
