    Want to order Sager NP5790 from XoticPC.com, but first few questions.... for Justin

    hi, after a month of searching and reading i ve finally decided i ll buy Sager NP5790-S Eilte from XoticPC.com, but before I place my order (at the end of august), I need to know several things - preferably from Justin (xoticpc.com).

    1) I am in USA only for few months, then I ll be moving to Europe (Czech Rep. - Prague), so I am a bit concerned about warranty. Do Clevo laptops have any service centers in middle Europe (which one is the closest to Prague?) Is the warranty a global one? If so, I guess in case of a problem (defective component), the only thing I could do is to send it to the service center and wait till they send it back. Any idea how long this can take?

    2) Where can I download up to date drivers for this laptop? Cant find anything on www.sagernotebooks.com.

    3) I heard that xoticpc.com offers sataisfaction guarantee, what does this comprise of? Is it somehow connected with the 5 stage testin gi i saw on your website? Do u check for dead pixels before u ship the laptop? I wont order any OS - do u preinstall your own OS and do the testing and then format the HDD again? The tests are pretty importnant to me, cause I ll be leaving USA and dont want to find out on plane that some of the components dont work as should.

    4) Do I void the warranty if I replace HDD or RAM? In case some of it was defective througout the time - and i wanted to replace it myself and not wait for the Clevo service (to keep the warranty in case ie. some other - not replaceable by me - component became defective)?

    5) I can see there s a special promotion on Sager NP5790-S Eilte - will the price change anyhow till the end of august - and how long does it usually take to deliver the laptop - I live in Maine currently.

    6) Can I order also an european power brick (along with the american power brick)? Do u have the possibility to order one?

    Okey, this is all :), I hope someone answers my questions, cause these questions are the only thing hindering me from ordering.

    I too am interested about the whole warrenty thing as well as I rather 7950 GTX over a 8700m to tell the truth and I hate the fact Rock UK is charging £100 more for it.
