In order to save time and money (I live in the Netherlands) I consider to do some upgrading myself. That's why I ma looking for a service manual for the 9260/9261/ series. Anybody knows where to find this?

I dont think you are going to find a manual that describes a motherboard change unfortunately. I would talk with the resellers and see if they are willing to get you that. I don't think this is something they want customers to do on their own just because of the possible damages and things of that nature. At best, on clevos site, you can download a manual that shows how to replace anything else (ram, hd, video card etc).
I wouldn't recommend doing the swap on your own. It can be a pretty difficult process and there are A LOT of screws to keep track of! -
I have a replacement video cable for mine, I'd like a manual just to know what screws to take off to get in the case under the keyboard.

Sager/Clevo does not make their service manuals public to reduce damage liability.
Hickmantech, I don't have the exact directions (I can get them from Sager if this is too vague), but there are generally release catches above the Function keys (e.g., between the esc & f1 keys, between the F11 & F12 keys, and possibly in one other spot along the top). Just use a small flat-head screwdriver to press down on these tabs to release the keyboard. -
