I've RMA'd my laptop about a month ago due to developing of excessive bleeding in the corner of my 95% Gamut Matte LCD. And 2 weeks later they (Sager through XoticPC rep) tell me - exact quote: "...They are out of stock on the screen you need and they have ordered the screen but are just waiting for the screen to arrive for replacement on your laptop."
When XoticPC still sells NP8150 with my LCD without any mention of possible delay. So, is somebody lying here or Sager warranty claims are a lower priority than sales???
I'd like some input from people who dealt with Warranty repairs.
