I've heard many people state that there are advantages to buying through a Sager reseller such as XOTIC PC because of better support. My question is what warranty option do I select to receive the good support via XOTIC rather than the so-so support via Sager? There are multiple support options for the same number of years available when I configure my NP8662 - which is the best pick for a 3 year warranty? Thanks for any help.
P.S.: Hopefully I can get this order by the end of next week. *Crosses fingers.*

I would guess any of the options that do NOT say Sager at the beginning.
Of course, you can always call Xoticpc and ask them too. They are very friendly and helpful.

^Correct. Those without "Sager" are XoticPC.

As far as I understand (though I am not yet a customer), the first year which includes Parts AND Labor is handled by Sager since they deal with the Parts stuff (giving you parts for free). XoticPC then adds two years of free labor on top of Sager's 1 year of labor.
XoticPC's Tech Support though (on the phone) is free forever.

As others have mentioned those warranties are what come with our support.
