Hi there. One more issue with my brand new Sager, which I am sure of is only caused by my lack of knowledge and not with this amazing mashine! :)

After having installed Wndows 7 RC yesterday, the webcam was working. For some reason, however, it is not recognized anymore. What could I do? Any driver issues again?

    Thanks a tone!!!

The most significant thing I changed was the update of the Nvidia driver. In addition, I must say it never worked with Skype.

I have just reinstalled the drivers that were on the CD. When I open the program (Bisoncam) it says to switch on the camera by pressing the hot keys Fn F10. It is not working though.

I'm having the same issue with my 8662 that I purchased in August. How did you resolve your problem Kalergie? I'm getting a USB Device Not Recognized message and have had trouble booting. I thought it was caused by a Windows Defender update and have used several restore points prior to that update, but I'm still experiencing the issue.

Edit: Right clicking on the USB icon appearing in the Task Bar, results in a window that reads... "USB Device Not Recognized. One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it. The location of the device is shown in bold type. USB Root Hub (6 ports). Unknown USB Device."

The last unknown usb device message appears in the first of 6 USB ports listed and my Webcam is not functioning.

I am thinking I'll have to send it in for repair.
