OK, if i download a file, my sound starts to stutter and my computer starts to "lag", almost as if my system is running at 4 frames-per-second. If I stream a youtube video it will lag, but as soon as the stream downloads complete the lag goes away.

I have tried numerous Wlan drivers, video drivers, ccleaner for registry,no viruses or mal/spyware. Im at a loss as to why this is happening. Even of i use different browsers it still happens.

Anyone want to throw out any ideas? (Specs. in sig.)

sounds like your CPU is lagging... either because its staying at a low throttle speed during your streams, or your system is not set to Balance/Maximum performance.

What browser are you using? Check the processes tab in Windows Task Manager and see how much CPU % the browser is taking when you load/download/stream something.

I have RM CLock and it shows my CPU @ full speed during the streams. But Also the cpu usage will be at 100%. Im not sure whats going on. I have tried re-installing flash player, but that didn't fix the problem. Im not sure whats causing it really. ALso my cpu is set to Max Performance.

have you tried using another browser to see if the same thing happens?

do a MemTest86+ to see if you get any errors.

    check your pagefile settings

    defrag your HDD
