    Weird P150hm screen issue

    Hello just bought a p150hm the other day 2nd hand and very happy with the purchase specs in my sig.
    The laptop has no damages and runs 100%

    Now i have this weird issue , anything 2d like chrome surfing etc , looks blurry!

    When i fire up a game it looks amazing , everything looks great.

    desktop res is set 1920x1080 75hz , have tried 60hz also.

    The blizzard bnet desktop app also looks fine and not blurry.

    When i use the dvi to my dell 29 inch 2d and 3d is both 100%.

    Not sure if this is normal or not ,hard to explain :p

    for whatever reason, scaling is set to 125% in W8.1 by default. (my guess is it's if the system detects a panel capable of displaying a certain resolution or finer.) that may be what you're seeing. right-click desktop -> screen resolution -> click "make text and other items larger or smaller" -> drag slider all the way to the left side, i.e. smaller.
