I was watching a youtube video and all of a sudden the screen froze and everything on the screen went discolored. Is there a way to prevent this from happening again?

Make sure your GPU driver is up to date. You were just watching a movie, so it really should't be overheating, but it might be worth downloading HWMonitor/GPU-z or something similar to make sure. How long have you had your laptop, and have you have cleaned it out?

That notification in the bottom right pretty much describes your problem.
Probably just a driver error lmao -

That driver version is notorious for doing that. Did you just recently update to them and then it started happening? Go back to the original ones that came with the computer. It happened all the time on by my notebook and desktop when i had the 296.10
