Its the second time that my pc enters the windows xp, with some issues, first the sound of entering windows xp gets all stuttered and has soon i move my mouse its stutters too all over the place, after i restart everything goes normal, but its the second time this happens, and i noticed that the taskmanager looked normal without too much intensity in any process.

Sounds like you've got some sort of driver conflict, or possibly something heavy-duty loading at startup. Check your startup processes to see if there's anything funny there. Then also check your event logs to see if anything relevant to startup was logged.
