Hello. It's been awhile since I've posted.

My laptop, well, it's never been 100% perfect. After getting it back from MALIBAL a few months ago, I noticed a stream of static sound, or white noise, coming from the speaker. This noise remained constant regardless of the level of volume and is present even in muted state. It was yet another flaw, but I've learned to lived with it.

However, I noticed something much stranger tonight. There was an instance while using my laptop where I had to get really close to the screen. I then noticed that there was actual visible static on the screen itself. It can be best described, with my limited vocabulary, as "grainy". If you've ever recorded videos with your phone before in a low lighting then you'd probably know what I'm talking about.

If any P150HM owners may assist me and test out whether or not this is just a problem on my end, please try setting this as your wallpaper:

Then look at the black shapes closely to check if you can spot any static. Mine is so obvious that I can't believe I didn't notice it until now. I'd really appreciate any comment/feedback/assistance as I'm almost at my limit with this laptop.

I've noticed this with some shades of black on my screen, and its only when I'm staring really close. I'm thinking that screens really work this way, since my desktop monitor also shows it, when close enough.

If you mean the white horizontal lines on the gray (not black), i suppose you have the LG monitor, like me. It's not a problem, i can barely see them if i stick my nose on the screen. However, i think the AUO models don't show those lines cause my first 2 P151HM1 came with the AUO panel and i don't remember any lines (i remember the dead pixels, though :) )

If you mean something else, show us a photo from your laptop's screen.
