I was thinking of using MBM so I can check out temp and stuff while I am testing and reviewing my 5760.
But I kinda am confused in 1 part of the install for MBM as I do not know what MB the 5760 has.
    Anyone here have an idea?

Also, is there any other PC Monitor out there better than MBM? or MBM is good enough?

Many people use Notebook Hardware Control very successfully.

Laptop motherboards are not like desktop motherboards in that they are proprietary to each model, so you probably won't find the Clevo mobo on your MBM utility.

I'll second NHC, it works very well. I've had it installed for a long time and it is a great utility.

    Thanks alot.
I knew I can count on you guys :D

on a different note, I had my laptop running a bunch of stuff w/o my LApcool4 and it did get nicely warm.
So far I am very pleased of getting the LApCool4 when I do use it.

    Kilim,

I also recommend SpeedFan, works with desktop and notebook systems. Its FREE.

I have been currently using it for a while now, its low resource taker, dynamic temp monitor on taskbar for my CPU and Harddrive. Its a must have, since it got famous from being recommended by big computer publications, such as PC Mag.

As for notebook coolers, I did a months worth of research and found...
    Cooler Master NotePAL W1.

It is for 17" notebooks. It has (2) 60mm fans powered by USB. Most importantly, it puts your notebook on an ergonomic slant (similar to a desktop's keyboard slant) so that you can type and game much more efficiently w/o worry of getting wrist problems.

    Hope this helps,

    -Gophn

I am actually waiting for the 3 fan version of that.
Only reason I got the LapCool4 vs that is because the LapCool4 is VERY Portable.

I may get the 3 fan version of the Coolermaster NotePal when it gets released later this year so it can be my HUB on my desk at home.
But for Portability, I like the LapCool4 so far and will be the one that will be in my backpack.

Just finished Installing NHC and I am happy with it.
I think I like it better than MBM to be honest.
Now I got this little Tray Icons for easy check lol.

I just finished a todays HW so I think I will go test how some of my games play with "The Precious ..."

I was about to ask the same question about the 5760 when i remembered this thread.
I also installed NHC. Very nice program. but I was a bit surprised at how much memory it used. MBM is so tiny comparitively.
And when I ran benchmarks i noticed no difference having NHC "dynamicly" optimizing my system.

    I'm trying speedfan right now.
