Hi!
1.I sold my alienware laptop to buy a clevo P771zm with a desktop cpu it will be I7 4790 (without K), and I cant find a thread that explains how to get rid of the high temp.
I used on my alienware Coolaboratory Ultra that made miracles, so good TIM, but this is a desktop cpu, did somebody use it, wich is the best for this cpu in this laptop?
2. To not make 2 threads, witch drivers should I use? the ones on clevo.com 8.1 64 bit? should I make any updates of bios or something? or just install thouse drivers?
Thank you

Ultra will be fine, but do define 'high temp'. Aside from repaste; undervolt with XTU or ThrotteStop. For bios, see Prema.

mine I7 4710mq was under 75c after playing 12 hours cs go...I want to be under 80c

You may have to use Fn + 1 to force max fan speeds to get the temps you're after.

Anyway, 80°C is fine, but good paste job and undervolt will easily get you that -5°C.Bullrun likes this.
What TIM are u using in your clevo P771zm?
