I'm committed to buying a M570TU with the gtx 280. I have some questions:

I'm buying from RJTECH.com. Are they a good place to buy, and if I let them put it together do they do a good job?
Also I'm planning to order with no cpu, instead buying a QX9300 off ebay for around $400-500. If I bought one of these:
    this, or this
Would those work with my laptop, and do they fit right in, or how hard would they be to install?

Both should work- But if you're going to spend up to $488, you might as well get the OEM version---

I believe the $500(ask the seller) and $519 are both OEM versions---

    What if I bought this.
Would there be any difference in turns of performance or lifespan compared to an OEM version what would make the OEM version worth more money. And then I just slap it in there with nothing else to buy, because it seems like quite a deal.

    Resale value-

ES (engineering samples) versions are not allowed in the NBR marketplace for sale---

But it's your money--- so do what you think is best-

Oh by the way, the one selling from NY accepts returns (I just asked) -- the others don't, unless DOA.

Thanks for the input. I've decided to buy the $500 one, as I don't want to risk getting a bad ES version. I think the SLB5J means its OEM but I will ask the seller just in case.

Does anyone have any experience with RJtech, do they do a good job of putting together the computers?

I've not heard anything bad about RJTech, and some of the members who've gone with them have said they got a good, no-frills deal with them.

If I buy the OEM processor, will I have to buy anything else like a heatsink or something for it to work? Because I'm ordering the computer with no cpu at all. On this page with the cpu option set to no cpu.

I already asked RJtech-- every barebone comes with heatsink--

BTW, I bugged and changed my order many times before settling with the barebone config- They gladly changed (along with new invoice) it each time.

I guess considering the long wait time(not their fault), it's the best they can do.

Rjtech is a good place to buy from, I ordered my barebones from them. As for the ebay retailers I used the second one you listed to purchase my processor a x9100 core 2 extreme. Shipping was great and I actually got the processor before the barebones arrived.
