So Sager laptops are based off of bare-bones laptops from Compal, Clevo, and MSI?

What does Sager do with these laptops? Does it just resell them them with a warranty or does it do more?

The barebones are from Compal, Clevo, and MSI. The rest of the parts such as the CPU, RAM, and HDD, are installed by Sager.

As Soviet states they get the barebones from ODM's such as Clevo or Compal. With the barebones they install different components in the machines and provide the warranty and support for their machines. Sager also works closely with the ODM's with future machines and improving existing machines.
