    What happened with my P9500 CPU in my M860TU?

    I recently noticed that my CPU voltage reading (with the use of Everest) is constant at 0.90 Volts which is undervoltaged I believe. I try stress test the CPU to 100% utilization and it still does not go up, CPU-Z reading is onyl 1.6GHz even with the stress test turned on, it should be 2.53GHz. I had no problems before, why is this? Is it because of the recent BIOS update of Clevo (which I used to update my BIOS) to support the 260 GTX VC?

    I don't really know what happened. Any ideas?

    Make sure you aren't in Power Saving mode as that throttles back the CPU. Should have nothing to do with the BIOS update.

    are you running on battery or on a power mode other than high performance?
