Got one on order and would like to know the fastest and most efficient connections (ports) to monitors etc. Curious to know everyones setup and if anyone uses multiple monitors?

How do you want to dock it? You planning on using an external mouse and keyboard? How many monitors do you want to use?

My best advice is going to be spend time on cable management. If its done right as you're setting everything up, you won't have to do it again (unless you're a nutter like me), and it'll look great. Things won't feel as hectic/cluttered so you'll be able to enjoy being in the space.

    In that case.
    HDMI, DVI.

USB for your mouse (no wireless, bluetooth, please) and a decent keyboard that you feel around ;) not much else to say, it's different as people have different choices and likes.

Thinking of using the displayport, supposedly a better long tern solution.

Thats crazy - Those monitors would be crazy expensive!

Are there any drop offs or lag on using an external monitor for games?

Anyone know if there is a drop off in performance with an external monitor attached for games in the 9150?

It makes a beautiful external gamer, with the right monitor you can even pull off 3D

I know there was a slight drop off on attaching my 46" tv to my old laptop with a not so great graphics card
