    Like the title says, I tried F1, F2, F8, F10, and the other normal keys but nothing works.

    The delete button did not work. i have windows 8.1.

    I have verified its F2. Since its Windows 8.1 you may have to break the fast boot. To do so turn it on, then once it starts to boot hold down the power button so it turns off then start again. Or instead of a cold boot, boot into Windows, then reboot and mash F2.

    To do it automatically you can also do an advanced restart and under troubleshooting select change firmware settings.
