OK...I knew that...as always something bad happens to me...first it's the C90S which was moved from late june to mid july...then it's NP5790 that was supposed to be in around the beginning of july but now it's mid july....and now THIS...Sager does not have any WSXGA screens and it's another !!!2!!! weeks (maybe more, as always) untill they will get it...plus time to build and test and a week of shipping...Basically my lappy will be here when the school starts...and that was NOT my plan...Here's the deal...I was thinking...upgrade?? Should I purchase WUXGA for additional $195...and work extra to pay that off to my mom... :D ...or should I wait and wait and possibly wait longer...uggghhhh....thoughts, suggestions...

I purchased the 5790 with WSXGA too and just heard about the 2 week delay so I called up xotic and upgraded the WSXGA to the WUXGA in hopes that it will ship this week. The thing is Xotic had a premotion on that package of $100 dollars off, so I actually got $50 back by upgrading to WUXGA. Hope that helps

WUXGA for sure, it's awesome if you want to do multitasking. Especially nice on the bigger notebooks if you want to watch 1080p content.

I think I will just wait the two weeks after all because with any hope, people will change their screens and when Xotic PC finally get the WSXGA's I will have a really good chance of getting the first shipment.

I just did the same thing. I had matte WSXGA, but decided to get the WUXGA instead. With the promotion, WUXGA ended up being only $50 more.

I don't like your poll options...

I don't consider a 150 dollar upgrade to a better screen a ''waste''...I think it should have been spend 150 dollars.
