    Hello.

I have an AMD 7970m on a Clevo P150EM. It includes an Intel HD4000. Recently i've spoken to my retailer and they said the best is to always install the AMD driver first, and then the Intel's.

I wanted to confirm with you guys, is this the correct way to do it?

    Thanks in advance!

For a fresh OS, I'd do it Intel first and then AMD because AMD uses the Intel.

And when uninstalling and reinstalling, I always do AMD first before I do the Intel for the same reason as above.

    Iintel first. Then AMD.

But really, Intel first. Take out AMD, light it on fire. Install Nvidia, install Nvidia.

Yes since the IGPU needs to be running correctly for the AMD drivers to interface with.

I have done it in both ways, with both NV and AMD dGPUs. No problem whatsoever as long as both are installed.

It goes the same for NVidia equipped systems too: Intel HD driver first, then the NVidia driver. :)

Yes if there is no intel driver installed with NV the drivers simply tell you to put those on first.
