    depends where you are. Most people get it from xoticpc

    I got mine from a local reseller.

    There's close to a dozen popular sites. Most people will just shill out, and recommend the place they bought theirs, by default.

    As a rule, look for special stuff like:

    a) Free shipping
    b) Cash Discounts
    c) Good reputation
    d) Excellent warranty service
    e) Situated close to you.

    There were a couple of resellers living very close to me, but they didn't have good reputation, so I went with xoticpc because everyone likes them, and their representative was very nice to me and patient, accommodating. Also good is lpc digital, but you should refer to the clevo resellers link for a full picture.

    I would also consider Mythlogic. They offer better base parts and do more of the build themselves to offer more customization. You can probably get it for same as a reseller if you customize it enough. I got mine from Xotic but would give Myth a closer look next round.

    Is there any place that will let me get a barebones case (no CPU, RAM, HDD) only need the video card and the laptop? I would rather get the parts on ebay and save a little cash. Plus then I can do my own thermal paste and what not. I know Xotic PC will let me remove the HDD and RAM but not the CPU.

    Last time I looked into buying barebones this was the place that I was supposed to order from, but I changed my mind and ordered the whole package from xotic.
