I've sent them three messages with questions and have only recieved one response (all the respose said was asking me what my questions were, as if it was too much trouble to read my first 2 emails. I sent the first email last week and the first respose they sent was sometime 3 days later after I sent them another email asking what the hold up was. I understand they are busy, but most places who want to make money repond to their customers. Maybe someone else offers better service.

I feel like a jack a$$ now, my response was in the bulk folder too. Sorry Justin. I sent you another email and a private message. It's pretty important for me to get a 200gb 7200rpm drive with a 16 mb cache. I don't want a 8mb.

I think the Fact that Justin's reply is posted 30 mins after yours speaks volumes ...... that and the fact i'm happly typing away on my laptop which I can honestly say i have had no problems with.

Just as an aside I got my 9262 from powernotebooks, but I hold Exotic in high esteem. I always check my bulk folder when I am expecting email from Donald because thats where the powernotebooks mail winds up. IMHO both of these guys do a bang up job of answering questions and providing support, even if you have to check the bulk folder for their email. Or at least check the box that it is not spam.

or you could just drop them in your address book so their emails are routed to your inbox rather than junk bin.
