What's the last driver for 7000M/8000M that doesn't limit frame rates to 60FPS?

This originally started as a complaint about Witcher 3 being capped at 60 FPS on my 7970M. Now I'm realizing that all games I play are limited to 60 FPS.

I don't remember with which driver this started happening. Anyone know of a fully functioning driver that allows higher frame rates?

I have the same GPU but I am getting no way near those frame rates on my P170HM. What's your CPU ?

3610QM. I know I can achieve more than 60 FPS at lower settings and resolutions.

Have you checked your V-sync settings?

Yeah it was vsync, thought my settings transferred via save. Though those other games (Witcher 3 and BioShock Remastered) had vsync off.

Now the problem is that the game has severe stuttering with the 7970M even though frame rate is 60 FPS. HD 4000 also 60 FPS but no stuttering. Jesus this platform is a ****ing mess, we all got conned when we purchased Enduro enabled laptops. **** you AMD.

Also, is this website trying to kill its forum? The text editor lags like ****ing hell half the time. It literally froze the tab just now. Whoever is managing the website backend is an idiot.

Maybe the weekend will be nice and there won't be so many bad things happening all at once. A nice weekend won't fix Enduro and Optimus garbage, but the other things might get better.
