i just went on the eurocom site and they removed some of their models, like the 5796 (i dont know the other name) and one other one. they then added these two models that look at least 2 years old, with 7800GT graphics and this is for 3000!!??!? so i dont know what their doing, but if there gonna start selling 2 year old models for 3000$, there not gonna make alot of money

Eurocom is notoriously expensive, other places like XoticPC,PowerNotebooks and Sager are much, much cheaper.
I don't get why they are still selling those outdated notebooks.

just contact them to get updated pricing, as well as get a chance to negotiate pricing. :)

their site is notoriously not up to date with pricing for options.

I live in Canada and Eurocom was a great choice for me, seeing as they are a canadian based company. I contacted Eurocom personally and they not only matched the XoticPC.com price for the configured NP8660 as i wanted it, but beat it by a decent ammount. I have had no problems thus far, and am just awaiting my order that i put through last week.

    Just my 2 cents.

Eurocom is amazing for match-pricing from negotiations I have had thus far. I have not officially paid for my notebook yet, but by the sounds of it, they are going to match the XoticPC price and I will not have to pay the shipping or brokerage fees. Without putting in the bluetooth, they will drop the price even further. This is the same deal many other Canadians have had with Eurocom. I am just awaiting their final cost and purchase confirmation from the price-matching! The machine will be a beast!

Eurocom was about 300$ cheaper for me than any other reseller. I believe some people just blindly post incorrect information...

Fixed. Seriously I got my 860TU for $1200USD from them (mind you it was with the HD3870), the American resellers were not even close they were at $1542 at the time. They were very helpful as well. Unfortunately this pricing was only up for 15 hours before they realized their mistake so I doubt anyone who didn't order then could get it.

Yeah, and your right, its messed up.
I visited eurocom website MANY times and I really dont know why the 570TU is not there anymore and that the old RU is back on the website but as mentioned above, they maybe under remarking it or something and put an old version for the moment, I really dont know but they told me that they still got some 570RU (NP5793) units for bargain.

P.S. : because of the Olympics and special airport security, the bunch of parts they receive from Clevo will be retarded for one week !!! **** china

So i guess im gonna have to wait another 2 week before getting that thing... Omg I can't wait

Just contact Eurocom if you have any inquiries... like the models of notebooks and such.

They will handle it on the phone or email easily. Do not wait for the the website updates when you can just pick up a phone.

    Which parts, Frank?!!?!?!

They told me they could have my D901C built, hopefully, by this Friday. I assumed they said this because they had all the parts in stock. They said that they already had the 9800M GT's in. I can't see what else, from the D901C that they could be missing...

Well they just told be that because of the Olympics enforced airport security, parts are delayed for one week... I guess that the parts in questions come from china so maybee the clevo frame or something like that but this is for my 570TU order, i don't know if that apply to D901
