    Hi all,
Am thinking of switching to a desktop, as my laptop has been sitting on my desk for the past couple months. Might put the extra money to better use. But before making up my mind would like to know how much I would probably get for this machine.

    Sager NP-5320
    1.86GHz Pentium M 533Mhz FSB
    1.5GB DDR2-533 MHz Ram
80GB SATA 5400 RPM Hard Drive
    DVD/CD-RW Combo Drive
    256MB ATI X700 Mobility Radeon
    15.4" WSXGA Matte Screen
    Intel 2915 a/b/g wi-fi
    No OS.

What do you guys reckon? This thing cost me $1590 including the ram upgrade. In perfect condition, has not been sent back for any issues. No physical damage or scratches, etc. In fact, there is little if any sign of usage.

With Yonah out now and Turion X2 on the horizon, along with it being technically 'used' regardless of how much that cuts off the price...

I'm guessing $900-$1000 would be fine. Would still have to do a little haggling though.

You could also trade it for things, listing anything you may want to trade it for may be a good idea as well.

was thinking of getting better value, but i guess you are right, with the core duo and turion x2 coming up. maybe i'll just stick with it then. A $500 loss isnt the most exciting prospect. Thanx

You'd get more than $1,000 for the 5320 in my opinion . . I'd suggest looking around on eBay, see what the going rate is for a notebook with those specifications. If you're only going to get around a grand for it, it's not worth selling.
