    When are you getting your 2090?

    how much would that smaller screen affect watching movies and perhaps web surfing? I know it's good for games, but I'm curious as to what else it affects.

    I think the next shipment for the Sager 2090 with the 1600x1050 screens are July 14th, which is 2 weeks from now.

    Where did you hear this? The latest I've heard from PowerNotebooks is they'll start shipping from their shop next week.

    This is what I think, so please don't jump on me or Donald (whom I asked).

    I believe to the best of my knowledge that the WSXGA 2090's will be shipping on or around July 13th/14th. Donald told me this information when I ordered my Sager 2090 from Powernotebooks. I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure thats what he said. Donald if you're reading this, could you clarify for us when the WSXGA models will be shipping? Thanks.

    Yeah, I'm praying that the days at least seem to go by faster till I get my laptop. This wait is literally killing me, I think about the Sager all day at work. I'm at work right now and I'm posting on a notebook forum. :p

    Shipping should BEGIN the week of the 9th, however there are so many pre-orders for the Compal IFL90 under all brands (Sager, PowerPro, Xoticpc, etc.) that new orders are at the back of the line and will probably not ship until the following weeks.

    The expectation is that all pre-orders will be shipped before the end of July...but at this point that is an expectation and not a guarantee.
