    bare in mind I live in the UK. I'm having a hard time finding a supplier via searching on google, I've found one or two on ebay but they are out of the question due to the price and shipping.

    What kind of price were you looking for?

    Most mxm cards aren't cheap.

    You should start a WTB thread in the nbr marketplace. That's where you will get the best price, most of the time.

    they are like gold dust and very hard to find.
    didnt look into it much but maplin were selling desktop 9800GT cards for £99 last month but not sure if they also sold laptop cards. worth a look though.

    I'll try that, thanks, i actually need a screen more now...its developed a grey blotch in one corner of the screen now which is really annoying and hard to ignore. I can't get it to go away.

    did you check ebay for used cards? Waht is you computer. It seems that for the D900C it is cheaper to have a 280m gt then a 9800 gt.
