Hoping that Justin from XoticPC or someone "in the know" can clear this up.
I have heard that it is coming in Q3...it's early Q3 now.

When will the 9800mGTX SLI be available for the Sager?

The eta is unknown. The only time set is that the 9800GTX single card will be coming the end ( edit: actually beginning) of August.

All I know is what Sager sent me.

Edit: And you know what? XoticPC is right. The paper Sager sent did say ETA early August for the single 9800M GTX. I must have misread. Props to Alfonz for correcting me!

But that is for the single card...will they release it in SLI as well at the same time? If so I may postpone my purchase until then...I'd only be looking at 2 weeks or so.

    EDIT:
By then Intel should have dropped the prices on their CPUs too

if it is within a month or 2 ill probably wait, if it is going to be more than 5 month, im not gonna wait.
Again i think i will wait for the 9800 GTX as a minimum .for the sum i am going to pay i want to get a laptop to last me a long time without worrying about upgrades, i dont even want to see how it looks on the inside :)

I called sager and they said that they are expecting the 9800gtx by late July if its a bit early, early August which would be on time, and the worst case scenario mid August. And that the date provided by Clevo on the 8660 for the 8th of august is pretty accurate.

Yeah, im kinda like in ur situation, i definitely want a 9800 GTX, but did u ask about any sli config. in the near future when u called?

I believe it is gonna be like 400-500$ more expensive, but performance wise, how speed increase % can we expect in a 9800 GTX?
