    Hi,

Does anyone know where I can buy this caddy? I can't get it from my laptop supplier, and I can't seem to google it anywhere.

Try contacting Sagenotebooks directly, regarding the NP6370 (Same model) and a HDD caddy for it.

They're a generic item, pretty universal from our experience. Just remove the bezel from your ODD and put it on the caddy.

I bought my laptop from PCSpecialist UK, I contacted them with no further response. Could Sagenotebook help?

Sagers going to be based out of the US so probably not going to be the most economical choice. Give other European Sager resellers a call if you like, but as I mentioned they're pretty universal as the drives are a standard size in these things. Here is a link from UK Amazon site.

The caddy itself will be completely internal and not visible from the outside of the machine, the bezel is the piece of chassis that you can see from the outside of the laptop (the piece that has the eject button on it). You can remove that bezel from your existing ODD and place it on the ODD HDD Caddy. This gives your laptop the same look even though the ODD is removed to install the HDD.

Sorry, I'm not talking about the ODD HDD caddy, I want the one that could fit into the third harddrive bay. Currently I have a harddrive attached there, without the caddy it just make me feel a little loose and not secure.

The 6370 model doesn't have a third HDD bay technically. It has two HDD bays and then the ODD bay. None of the HDD bays will require a caddy/bracket for install but to install a HDD into the ODD bay you'll need the caddys I'm linking. The picture you supplied is for the desktop version where you would be installing a 3.5" HDD into a 5 1/4" bay. Not quite the same for a laptop.

You are right, I just want the one for the second harddrive, you talked about the ODD all the time, I thought you might not know it has 2 harddrive bay.

I saw this caddy on W370ET manual, page 33: http://www.pcw.fr/pdf/W370ET.pdf

Don't know about your reseller specifically but I know the Sagers all come with the required second HDD installation gear by default. If you're for some reason lacking that hardware your best bet would be to contact a Clevo system builder directly. There is a list of them stickied at the top of this forum page if you wanted to reach out to them.

Sounds good, let us know if you can find somebody that is able to provide parts as it's a question that pops up time to time on where you can do so in the UK.
